Return policy & Refund policy

Return policy

The return service is only supported in China and the following situations will occur
1. Direct rejection and return if the customer's name and customer's phone number are not stated in accordance with our requirements when receiving the parcel
2. At the time of receipt, if the goods are found to be in a state, they will directly refuse to accept and return
3. The boycott failed: 1. It will be transferred to other channels. 2. Suppliers with a decline in goods.
4. If the goods are missing or fine due to the failure of aviation security inspection or customs inspection, freight and taxes will not be refunded, and there will be no loss of goods.
5. For goods that we have not arranged to be sent to the airport/seaside, please contact customer service for interception and return

Special Note
Regarding the deduction and refund policy of shipping freight:
1. The freight and return service fee are deducted when the warehouse is successfully delivered.
a) If the return occurs before the delivery is successful, the fee will not be deducted;
b) If the return occurs after the delivery is successful, and before the delivery is successful, the cost has been deducted, and the user needs to file a lawsuit to apply for a freight refund.
2. The return service fee will not be refunded in advance for the returned goods after successful delivery;
3. The goods are not or fine due to the failure of aviation security inspection or customs inspection, and the return service fee will not be refunded, and there will be no loss of goods.
4. The return cannot be sent back in time due to a person's error/contact information error. It will be kept for 1 month from the date when it is determined that it cannot be sent. There is a choice of address to pick up, and SKYCARGOLTD will not admit the loss.
5. The destination country cannot support restoration, all are by default.
